Described below are the site wide policies of IndieBazaar which apply to all sales and purchases made on the website. These policies are applicable in addition to the shop level policies available on the product description page; however in the unexpected case of contradiction these policies will over rule the shop level policies.
Exchange of products will be allowed in the following situations:
- Product was damaged or defective
- Wrong Product was shipped
- Product varied materially from description on website
- Or as allowed by the seller
Conditions for exchange -
- All exchange requests to be intimated to indiebazaar.com via mail within 2 days of delivery of product.
- Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
- Cost of return will be borne by the seller in case damaged or wrong product was shipped.
- Seller will be allowed 7 days after receiving product to be exchanged to re-dispatch the correct product.
Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations -
- In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines, customer will get a refund of the amount in their bank account/credit card within 14 days after returning the goods safely and in original condition to the seller.
- In case the goods are not shipped by the seller within 3 days of maximum shipping time indicated on website by the seller, the buyer will be eligible to demand a refund.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- Cash on delivery will be available as per indication on the product description.
- Octroi wherever applicable will be paid to the courier company by the buyer; seller or Indiebazaar will not be responsible for Octroi payments.
