RETURN:
If there is an issue with the size or fit of the garments, please get in touch with us and we'll try to resolve the issue or arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in the process.
If the items are received in damaged condition or if there is a mismatch between your order and the delivered items, please intimate us within 3 days of delivery. Once we verify that the condition of the returned goods, we'll initiate a full refund.
For all returns and exchanges, the returned products must be in unused and acceptable condition, with any original tags intact.
The return or exchange would be of the same design and in case the product of the same design is out of stock, the customer would be given a a choice between selecting another design or a refund. As per customer's preference.
Refunds will be sent either by cheque or through direct Bank Transfer. We will communicate with you on the best possible option.
